About Kelp
Normally, referred to as seaweed can be found world wide. It is an algae and can be found along coastlines. The plant grows at a maximum of two feet per day! And is a rich source of vitamins and minerals that is vital for the body.
Kelp is a rich source for many minerals and vitamins and is especially rich in iodine. Kelp contains iron, sodium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, and E. It also contains amino acids the simplest form of proteins. Kelp presents a great source of these minerals because it is easily absorbed by the body.
