How I lowered my blood pressure instantly today

True Story …..

Ok, so today after weeks of being under control, my blood pressure started acting up. I was working under pressure to finish a technology report for a client. I believe the stress of doing this was the reason for the peak in my blood pressure.

My Blood pressure reading was 155/94, my head and neck had tension, and my chest was feeling a bit heavy. I took a break and went to rest for couple minutes with some jazz music. My blood pressure reading was about 150/90 when I took the reading 10 Minutes later

My Personal Assistant Wendy, who is also a natural health enthusiast, made me a drink. The drink was made by mixing usual high blood pressure herbs.

This drink instantly lowered my high blood pressure within minutes. Folks I mean with 5 minutes my blood pressure was down to 128/78. I could not believe it, I was shocked. I took the reading three times and the average was 125/77.

With Wendy's permission, I am going to share this with you . This worked for me, I am not saying that it will work for you, but it will not hurt to try it. Again, as usual, consult your doctor before trying anything new.

This remedy actually reduced my blood pressure at least 10-15 points within 5 minutes.

4 Herbs were used to make the drink, they are:

1. One Ginger tea bag

2. One Cinnamon tea bag

3. One Chamomile tea bag

4. Four cloves of garlic

Steps to creating the drink:

  • Crush the cloves of garlic and place it in a mug
  • Add all the tea bags mentioned above
  • Pour some boiling water into the mug
  • Let is set for 5 minutes
  • Sweeten to your taste with brown sugar

As indicated earlier, I took my blood pressure before and after I drank the drink, and I would advise you to do the same if you are going to try it. Within five minutes of drinking the tea, I felt the symptoms fading away. Take your blood pressure again multiple times after, you will notice that it has decreased drastically - and it's as simple as that.

For added relief you can rest while listening to some jazz. This will help calm your brain. You can also take some deep breaths in and out while you close your eyes and relax. Just doing these few simple actions and consuming this drink, instantly lowered my high blood pressure.
